Can Seguinot Mercer is an elegant and charming stone villa with a private pool, perfectly located less than 5 minutes by car from the sandy beaches and Puerto Pollensa facilities. With high-quality interiors, beautiful views, excellent privacy and unbeatable tranquillity, Can Seguinot Mercer can comfortably accommodate 4 people in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. The attention to detail and excellent location make this villa the perfect holiday home for romantic couples or small families.
Inside, Can Seguinot Mercer is distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor has a large living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining room, as well as a double bedroom with a bathroom. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, music player and wi-fi internet. The kitchen has all the essential elements for a complete holiday with cooking (there is also a washing machine available in a separate laundry room). The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
The air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 hours.
Outside, Can Seguinot Mercer offers its guests very well-maintained gardens with lawn, flowers, trees and shrubs: a true oasis of peace! The private swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and attracts long hours of sunshine. It is surrounded by spacious paved terraces perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers provided. The private pool is particularly large for a property of this size, measuring 10 x 4 m (depth 1.30 m — 2.20 m). Guests can also enjoy a built-in wooden barbecue and an outdoor dining area. Private parking within the premises.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Perfect size for our family of 3 very well equipped kitchen: utensils, appliances, glasswear etc lovely quality bedding in both bedrooms and plenty of storage very smart bathrooms with plenty of hot water for baths great outdoor patio and an amazing pool with stunning views very peaceful and secluded location
Our only issue would be the kitchen size: Although very well equipped the kitchen only has a very small area to prepare and serve food.

Big pool, central location
Please supply basic items like salt, pepper and olive oil. Now we had to buy and throw away wat was left over.

Overall fine but the value for money is out of balance. I expected more luxury.
We have rented for years a villa in pollensa and we got more for this money.
In the first dat we expect tolietpaper.
Lights of the pool are not working which is a pitty.
Outside kitchen is poor. pizza oven is not working, bbq looks not really clean.
Swimmingpool can be painted , now looks a bit poor.quite old.
Bad swimming pool chairs.
Beds in general were poor.

Villa lived up to photos. Good location near town with lovely views and secluded. Only negative was that perhaps the owners could consider a simple welcome pack of at least 1 roll of toilet paper. Turning up at midnight and finding none was disappointing.
