Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Tower 1 and 2 is open, and the pool between Tower 3 and 4 is open!
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.
At this time, the normal beach accesses are available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but a temporary beach access has been installed behind Tower 3 for guests in towers 3 and 4 to use until the landscaping behind those towers is complete!
We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, this spacious retreat features a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making it ideal for families or groups.
The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and modern amenities throughout. Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh sea breeze while watching the waves roll in.
Long Beach Resort offers an array of on-site amenities, including a large lagoon pool, hot tubs, tiki bar, and direct beach access. Located just minutes from the best dining, shopping, and attractions Panama City Beach has to offer, this condo is the perfect home base for exploring the area.

The condo was great for two couples. The balcony view was amazing and the furniture was comfy. The beach was easy to access and the pools were plentiful. The condo itself had plenty of space, ceiling fans in every room and well kept appliances and kitchen utensils/cookware.

Really nice unit. Loved the wall-to-wall windows in the main room and in both bed rooms. Great view of the beach from inside and outside on the balcony. Really nice beach and easy access to it. Within walking distance to Pineapple Willy's and across the street from shopping. Only qualm with the room was that the balcony door was very difficult to open and close--we ended up just using the two side doors through the bedrooms, which were fine. Really nice lagoon-style pool with on-site bar. The hot tubs were hot, but be forewarned that lagoon pool is not heated. The main pool was unbearably cold while we were there in April--even too cold for my resolute teenager.

The view from the condo was incredible, the location was great and within walking distance to many things! We had a great time and will definitely return in the future.
