About this apartment rental
The studio is with a terrace and is at the foot of Assisi, very close to the Assisi train station and about 30 minutes walk to the Assisi historical center / 10 minutes by bus. It is also by train 20 minutes from Perugia, 2 hours from Florence (direct train) and 2 hours from Rome (also direct train). It has a beautiful view of the city of Assisi that you can admire from the balcony and everything is in a walking distance, including grocery store, lyric theater, city swimming pool, bus stop, train station, restaurants and everything else you might need during your stay.
The size of the studio is approximately 350 Sq. feet (35 square meters) and it is on the second floor with elevator. In the same building on the ground floor there are many shops, including a coffee shop, barber, home supplies shop and a grocery store.
It is conveniently located at 1/4 of a mile from the Assisi train station and practically you don't need private transportation. It comes with air conditioning and central heat. It has a full kitchen and sleeps 2 people (or 3 if needed). There is also a washer, otherwise there is a laundromat shop on the ground level.

The apartment is clean. Ground floor has a grocery store, cafè, laundromat, shop that sells cleaning supplies and cosmetics, hair dresser, veterinary clinic. Apartment complex has elevators, and is about one block from the train station and a bus stop. It's about a 10-minute ride from the train station to the bus stop that's closest to the Basilica of St. Francis. You then walk up to the basilica. Or you can take the 20-minute ride up the top of Assisi (my preferred choice), then walk down though the town.

I booked this studio apartment last year and liked it so much that I reserved it again this year. So convenient. The apartment complex has a grocery store, laundromat, two hairdressers, a cafè, and several other shops. I didn't have a car, but the bus stop at the train station is only a block away from apartment complex. Buses run every half hour and your up in the city in 20 minutes.

I really enjoyed staying in the studio apartment. It was all the space I needed and so convenient. I used the apartment complex's grocery store and laundromat, sometimes had cappuccini in the bar, and appreciated that the bus stop and train station were about a five-minute walk from the apartment. Also, Gioconda was so helpful when I checked in and ready to help if I needed anything. Would love to rent this apartment again next year.

Stefano is very responsive.The apartment is conveniently situated and easy to locate.The train station is across the street.
The bus to Assisi is also,at the train station and tickets can be purchased inside at the convience shop.
The parking is free and very secure.The apartment is very spacious well appointed and comfortable.There is a super market for groceries on the property as, well as other shops.
We recommend this property for two to three people.
