About this apartment rental
Fully equipped and very practical apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in the Patacona beach, it is perfect for families looking to spend a wonderful rest in Valencia. 15 minutes from the city centre and the City of Arts and Sciences and only 25 minutes from the Natural Park of the Albufera. It has swimming pool, playground, 2 paddle courts, social club, Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning and heating.
Accommodation:
Comfortable apartment with north facing very close to Patacona beach, up to 4 people, is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access to public transport. Its functional design, as well as its pleasant terrace, swimming pool, playground and sports area will make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience for the whole family.
The apartment of 76 m2 has the following spaces:
- Cozy living-dining room with sofa, HD-TV and direct access to the terrace.
- North facing terrace, where you can enjoy a seating area with table and 4 chairs.
- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm, large wardrobe and direct access to terrace.
- Second bedroom of double use equipped with two beds of 90x190cm and exit to small balcony with views to inner courtyard.
- Modern bathroom with shower and large sink.
- Independent kitchen with outdoor and fully equipped gallery (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mixer, Nespresso toaster, electric kettle…).
The apartment is come with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities.

Getting around:
Only a few meters away from the apartment you will find available a Bus Stop (lines 19 - 31), Taxi and Bike Path.
House Rules:
- No parties.
- No Smoking.
- No pets.
- No more people reserved.
- Groups of young people are not accepted.
- Responsibility, respect and good behavior to use all facilities and neighbors.
- No garbage in the accommodation. The time of deposit of the garbage will be made from Monday to Sunday. (Organic, from 7 pm to 9 pm). It should always be done in closed bags and will not be deposited outside the container.
