º A room with a double bed (140 * 190), a wardrobe + 1 bedside.
º A bathroom with vanity unit, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, hair dryer.
º A done up kitchen opened on living room / stay with a window, exhibition terrace in the south. A sofa bed BZ (2 people), a flat screen TV +1 coffee table. Living area with 4 chairs + 1 table. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a 4 burner hob and an extractor fan.
º An extra room of 4. 5m2 (possibility to put a cot or folding bed ...).
º An entrance with cupboard, wardrobe; vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
º On the sheltered terrace: a table and 4 chairs of garden, a pergola with blind, 4 sunbaths + 1 parasol + 1 barbecue in hard.
