Villa with private pool in Calpe. Situated in a very quiet urbanisation, 800 metres from the beach of Puerto Blanco and a few metres from restaurants and shops.
1 bedroom on ground floor with 1.50m bed.
2 bedrooms on the upper floor 1.50m and 1.35m
2 bathrooms and a toilet (downstairs bathroom has shower and upstairs bathroom has a bath)
Pets allowed, but any damage caused by pets must be deducted from the security deposit.
Pool size: 4m * 8m
Portable barbecue.
All rooms have mosquito nets except in the living room.
2 kitchens: 1 new kitchen upstairs and one downstairs.
