Unique location just a few hundred meters from the lake (500m), the bike path (100m) and hiking trails (50m), including the famous Taillefer, not to mention 350m from the Duingt pier for easy access to Annecy by boat (Compagnie des bateaux du lac).
This beautiful south-facing apartment has a total surface area of around 60m2 + a 12m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture and a sofa area, making it even more pleasant on sunny days.

Around Duingt …
It is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, a supermarket 7/7 and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.
Summer activities :
-Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house)
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!)
-Paragliding
-The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the station Semnoz
-An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins)
Winter activities :
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins)
-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)
-Snowshoeing in Semnoz

It was perfectly clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Special mention for the amazing shower!
The location is brilliant, amazingly convenient for all your needs, good parking, with a local supermarket less than about 5 mins walk, and then also really close to the lake and a great bike rental place. Would be really happy to come back. Thank you so much!
Only minor negative was that the bed in the main bedroom was quite soft but otherwise everything else in the flat was fantastic.

The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. Perfect for cycling fans and river swimmers.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's place at Lake Annecy. The village is quite compared to Annecy, but all you need is there: a Spar, bakery and restaurant. There are a lot of walks. We also spend some time at the lake in the grass under some trees. Lovely. The apartment was perfect for us, a family of four. Only comment maybe: the double bed was a bit soft.

L'appartement est neuf, l'équipement est top ainsi que l'emplacement à Duingt. Possibilité de dormir fenêtres ouvertes sans problème, tous nos repas à 4 sur la terrasse. A 10 minutes à pied d'une plage, 5 minutes de la piste cyclable, départ de randonnée au pied du bâtiment. Bref, séjour parfait dans une région magnifique. Nous reviendrons pour sûr.
