About this apartment rental
Lovely independent apartment located in the oldest part of historic Mojácar village with great views of Mojacar valley and Mediterranean sea. The house has sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom so can sleep a maximum of two people. Traditionally and comfortably furnished, with total area of about 45 square metres, it has its own private entrance from the street and there is a balcony in the bedroom and a terrace facing the valley . (Almería area averages about 320 sunny days in the year), the flat enjoys sun from sunset right through till the evening.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location with panoramic views from both terraces. The property has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is equipped with everything you might need on holiday. Charming hospitable owner who has pride in his property. I am sure we will return.

We arrived in Mojacar quite late in the evening and Gines gave us a warm welcome, guiding us to the house. The location of Casa Baja could not have been better - next to a Pizza restaurant and very close to 'The Pavana' bar and bus stop. Everything inside Casa Baja was clean and very welcoming. Fresh lovely flowers greeted us on the coffee table. The crisp white bed linen and lovely soft towels in the bedroom made also a good impression on us. Gines was very thoughtful by providing us with everything we would need for our breakfast next morning, plus juice oranges and lemons. We were very impressed with his generosity, because there was also a bottle of Cava in the fridge for a romantic ‘sun downer’ on the terrace.
We stayed for a week and the time flew past with all the walking and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay in Casa Baja and would recommend this apartment to our friends or relatives at any time.
