About this house rental

Our Ferienhaus Elisabeth has been in our family since 1720 and is located in the idyllic village of Kleinkarlbach, directly on the romantic Eckbach. This offers 160 square meters of living space for twelve people. This includes a closed courtyard with court toilet, an open barn and an underlying historic vaulted cellar. As well as a 700 square meter garden for barbecues and relax. Parking is available. On holidays such as Easter, Christmas and New Year's Eve we only rent for four nights or more.

Excellent accommodations and even better hosts. We had a large family of 10 and it was the perfect size. The owners were delightful and met us at the property to give us keys, show us around and describe the history of their family home. Home is very modern and up-to-date with everything a guest would need, yet its old farmhouse charm shows through in the original timbers and style. The outdoor garden and space is lovely and had it been summer we would have been outside a lot. The home is close to the grocery store and other shops (driving distance).There are several wineries along the same street as the house, but we were not there long enough to go do wine tastings. The owners pointed out the castle ruins nearby and our family enjoyed a walk up there one morning. The castle is a must-do as is walking around the old town around it on the hill. We highly recommend this home and found the owners to be very helpful and communicative during our stay. Thank you so much.
