About this house rental
Semi-detached villa located on the first hill and near the historic center of Camaiore, a few minutes drive from the beaches and attractions of Versilia. The house, fresh and comfortable, has its own entrance, with a large garden and spreads out on one level. Here you will find a room with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, a fireplace and a TV and a well-stocked kitchen. In addition there is a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a comfortable and functional bathroom with bathtub. Externally the house has a large garden with a gazebo, a wood-burning oven with barbecue, deck chairs, and a carousel. All this offers a perfect environment to spend peaceful moments immersed in the colors and scents of the surrounding nature. At guests' disposal, private parking on the property. Energy consumption related to water, electricity and gas, and internet connection are included. The final cleaning is Euro 60.00. In winter, from 15 October to 30 April, consumption related to heating is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 150.00 is to be given upon arrival. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed.
