About this house rental
Located in a historic neighborhood of South Haven, this charming cottage is located just a short distance to downtown. There you will find many wonderful restaurants and shops. This cottage is beautifully furnished with original hardwood floors, a porch swing, and eclectic artwork. The Kal Haven trail is located a short distance from the house and Optimist Tot Lot Park can be found right around the block for the little ones to play. Best of all Wendy’s Cottage is about a mile from both of South Haven’s spectacular beaches and after a day of seeing all that South Haven has to offer, enjoy an evening relaxing on the large back deck. With two bedrooms and a loft area with a queen bed, and two 3/4 bathrooms, this house comfortably sleeps 6 people. Additional parking is available in the backyard or on Bailey Street (located 3 houses to the west of Wendy's Cottage).

Wendy's Cottage was perfect for our Memorial Vacation stay. We were close to all the festivities in South Haven and had a cozy home to relax in, grill dinners, watch movies and play games in. The home owners thought of everything. There was a lovey front porch with a swing and rocking chairs and the grill out back was on a nice size deck that looked back into a backyard with wildlife to watch. There was laundry facilities, extra blankets and pretty dishes to eat on.

This was a perfect place for our race weekend at Lake Arvesta. Beautiful house. Back porch lovely…and great for hosing off our wetsuits! Driveway is very very narrow. ,ight suggest one tv upstairs but we were too tired to watch! Having a washer dryer was great too!

There was four of us and this little Home accommodated everything we needed. Cute charming retro Home that was close to Walmart and Myers. Not far from the beach but our only disappointment was it was very cold there in May 2026 and couldn’t spend any time at the beach.

Cottage was equipped with everything needed to enjoy a great stay. Living space was great- bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen were spacious, bright & clean. Back yard and deck were a great places to relax. Didn't realize Phoenix Street was a busy street leading into town so traffic was louder than I would have preferred. But the location made it easy to walk to town & lakefront.
