You'll love this quaint 1 bedroom, 5 blocks from downtown Rockland which is full of great restaurants and artist galleries. Four blocks from the ocean, the Rockland Harbor, Farmer's Market, and parks. Five minute drive to Owls Head with a light house, beaches (including the white sandy beach, Crescent Beach), and the general store (voted best burger in Maine!). 10 minute drive to Camden. Here, you're in the middle of everything!
We are right around the corner from the famous Conte's, and a 5 minute walk to Primo.
The space is complete with a couch, full bath, full size bed, and TV with Netflix and Hulu Plus. Free WiFi. Off street parking available. I provide breakfast items like bagels, oatmeal, and some condiments. Coffee and tea is also provided.
This is a completely private space sharing walls with a house. It has access to a beautiful little backyard (with a hammock!), in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a 3 person infrared bamboo sauna in the backyard available for your use!
You will be comfortable and cozy here during your stay in Rockland.

We chose this apartment because of its location. It was a 2 minute walk to the lobster festival. The apartment was small but cozy. The bed is full size so made it a tight squeeze for 2 people but we managed. There was a parking spot for 1 car across the street which was convenient. They had wifi and roku hooked up to the tv. There was no regular tv or cable so you couldn't watch any local news. They have a small fridge, microwave, hotpot for use. Only sink was in bathroom so don't expect to cook or clean. Overall we had decent experience. If we ever came back to rockland it would be for 1-2 nights and I would stay in Camden which is a 15 minute drive .

Suggestions : back yard should have been more cut back and groomed like the actual picture, to many long branches and spider webs all over the sauna and around the hammock. Hot water doesn't really get hot for the shower. It would be nice to have a small sink out in the kitchette area so not to have to use the bathroom sink for everything. Should also provide a fan for the living room area, not just in the bedroom. But over all the place was clean and comfortable and close walking distance to festival. Very quiet at night, which was nice and enjoyable. I'd stay there again.
