5th Ave Studio, 2 blocks to the beach, wifi, pool, parking close to everything!

The studio unit itself is very nice with a large luxurious bathroom, 2 very comfortable beds, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I originally thought this was a condo with a kitchen but it has no kitchen and is more like a hotel room. The problems come from outside of the complex. There is new condo construction adjacent to this unit which some days can be very loud with hammering and jack hammering which makes being inside the unit very unpleasant. There is also a bar called White Monkey whose music sometimes permeates thru the walls and into the unit and earplugs sometimes don't help. I would say those are the main problems affecting this unit. However, the staff are very welcoming, Jaret was very helpful. and the unit is in a convenient location. I would recommend the new French pastry/restaurant on the corner for delicious croissants. My stay here was just over 1 month.
