Terrazas Luxury Retreat

Perfect location, close to many restaurants, beach, and 5th avenue. The decorations were nice and a comfortable feel. All the necessities you needed in the kitchen were there and there weren’t issues of not having a certain thing.

The host Gina had horrible communication, we had a big problem with the internet and it took her 2 days to figure out which network we should use and it seemed like we were talking about two completely different apartments when trying to figure this issue out. She was questioning why we were trying to use one network that was framed, when it was really a completely different wifi network. The photos online were misleading because online the photos showed that there was a hot tub on the patio but when we arrived there wasn’t, only a hammock. Which is okay but it felt very misleading and as if we were being lied too, and when we brought this up to Gina she simply lied to us and tried gaslighting us into believing there was no photos of a hot tub and that never existed but when you go online it is clearly shown in the photos. When we brought this up to Gina she did not apologize but was utterly rude and unprofessional.
