During your stay in Orlando Florida, why spend your holidays in a small cramped hotel room when you can stay in a house? Located from 15 minutes from several parks in the area such as Disney, Universal Studios, legoland, sea world. This house is located on one of the most beautiful golf in Florida (Top 5) in the amazing community of Southern Dunes, with a 24 hour gated community and guardian . This luxury spacious house for rent is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private pool and spa, no rear neighbors, overlooking the golf course. The floor plan is 1370 feet, in addition to the double garage.
There are many restaurants nearby, and 2 major supermarkets conveniently located at the front of the estate - Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie (walking distance). There are many shopping malls close by to suit all ages and tastes
Cable, telephone and high speed internet access as well as the option of pool heating. There is also a on-site manager to see to your comfort . The place is very charming and relaxing. This lovely house is fully equipped and can accommodate
6 to 7 people.
The lounge boasts beautiful leather suites and a 65' TV and a combined CD/ Radio / I-Pod Docking station for all your entertainment needs.
Each bedroom also has a 50' TV for your comfort and you can even watch the TV when you are outside as another 50' TV is available from the patio deck.
The pool area is very spacious with a magnificent view overlooking the 7th fairway of the golf course
A gas grill is available for use

We have been renting homes in Florida for almost 10 years now and this was the first time we were charged an Insurance Fee and a Damage Deposit fee on top of the additional charge of the home. Therefore my husbands CC showed a charge for the rental property, Insurance charge and damage fee charges. Also, most properties only provide heated pools if you request them, this property included a heated pool and the pool was to warm to get into the first two days which was a bit nauseating. The beds at this property are not comfortable, at all. The guards at the gated community had no idea we were coming and we had to do a bit of explaining to get in. There were little black flies all over the floors in the home, I assume from the humidity but it told us the property was not cleaned properly and the bathroom walls showed a lot of dirt. The PC at the home was not usable because there was no account in English to sign into and everything was blocked from viewing.
The owner was very prompt with responding to our issues and took care of them promptly. The home was beautifully decorated and we loved the pool area once we cleaned up the patio area. We also loved the fact that this property recycled everything. There was an abundance of white towel but they were stained and once we washed them with some Javex they were good to use. The main bedroom had no door leading into the shared bathroom which was a bit intrusive.
In conclusion, I would rent from this property owner again but would probably chose different location.
