About this house rental
This modern contemporary styled home offers everything and more to a family seeking the perfect vacation getaway yet wanting a close location to the major attractions that central Florida offers. This single-story villa is set on a gated community and is simple and sleek yet ensures that you will find everything you could possibly need in this self-catering home. The large open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen where there is an electric oven, microwave and large American fridge together with island section and bar stools. A large dining table is also provided and beyond are two sofas with one able to convert to a full bed for those families with extra guests to accommodate. This main living area opens out on to a large lanai with private swimming pool. The perfect setting for relaxing and alfresco dining where a gas grill is also provided for guest use.
Accommodating ten guests there are four bedrooms available. Two twin room are situated to the front of the home with a shared bathroom and two further master king bedded suites with private bathrooms. All bedrooms come equipped with smart TVs. Full laundry facilities are also available.
Situated on the resort of Balmoral in addition to all the amenities available that the home offers, guests can also enjoy a range of additional recreational amenities (subject to an on-site resort fee), including a water park, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. There is also a restaurant and a choice of either a lounge or poolside bar where you can just relax with your favorite cocktail. Located in Haines City, Balmoral Resort Florida is within a 10-minute drive of Southern Dunes Golf Club and Willowbrook Golf Course, less than 30 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 minutes from Legoland and Bok Gardens. Grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away.

BALMORAL RESORT AMENITIES: Please note Balmoral Resort charges an Amenity Use Fee of $35.00 per Adult per day and $25.00 per Child, ages 4 - 12 per day on Friday, Sat. and Sunday. Children Under the age of 3 are always Free. Monday - Thursday, Adults are $25.00 per day and Children 4 - 12 are $15.00 per day. Amenity Use Fees are 1/2 Price Every Day After 4:00 p.m. This is NOT a mandatory fee. If Guests choose to visit the Resort Amenities, payment is to be made to the Resort directly upon arriving at the Clubhouse.

Had my wedding at Balmoral Event Ctr. House is literally 3 minutes away driving. Home is beautiful, nicely furnished and taken care of… pool is heated and fantastic. We got ready for the wedding there and living dining room is an open space, nicely sized and everyone was comfortable.

The property was clean for the day-to-day, but heavy cleaning is really needed. I had to clean wall switch plates with obvious dirty hands using light switches. Walls had dirty streaks at about child height as if one had dragged their hands against the walls. Significant build up of dryer lint dust in the laundry closet requires heavy vacuuming. The shower tile had little black mold that nothing more than a bleach based solution would resolve. The pool deck has many weeds and grass growing through the pavers, which just creates more dirt for the pool. These are very simple things to be resolved.
The community appears to cater mostly to short term rentals, so in my opinion no one has room to complain about noisy neighbors. We are more on the quiet side, so noise level from the neighboring properties was noticeable.
Everything worked in the property as expected. It gave us a chance to experience Florida living as this was a trip to connect with our real estate agent.
