FEEL GOOD, ECOLAB SANITIZED, NEAR DISNEY, PRIVATE POOL 6 BR

Property location is great, with access to Universal, Disney, and shopping malls. The teenage boys loved the pool and their own room. There was a slight miscommunication for check in, but the Jeeves desk was able to resolve it quickly. Property owner was great, she provided informtion for the stay, places to eat and other local events to see. Thank you quickly.

Was great , few things I wish were different. Replace torn lounge chairs around pool Vacuum pool on a regular basis , our stay was almost 3 weeks and I did not see anyone vacuum pool the whole time we were there Checking in at gate with the paper code is not an efficient way to enter property all the time , we had to reach security guard 95 per cent of time to let us in , very frustrating Lastly it would have been nice to have a remote for the garage door , very inconvenient if parking in garage

The property was exactly as described. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect! Would definitely recommend staying! No issues during our stay at all! ❤

We were pleased with this property and all it had to offer, however there are definitely a few things that need to be improved. The check in and check out times were not communicated very well between the owner and the management company therefore we were unable to check in early as promised. Other minor things we would suggest is to have more towels, plates, and utensils since the house max is 16 people - there were 20 bath towels & only 10 pool towels which made is challenging to have a dry towel available for the children who were in and out of the pool all day long. There were 17 plates, 10 bowls, and about 20 forks, spoons, and knives which made it difficult if eating more than one meal at the house per day, especially with small children - we would suggest having double the max number of people's amount of towels and eating supplies, as well as an extra blanket and set of sheets just in case. Trash was another issue- Jeeves says they pick up the trash every day except Tuesday and Thursday but we were there from Sat - Thurs and NOT ONCE did it get picked up. Also, throughout the neighborhood there is A LOT of trash laying around so perhaps switching trash companies might be a good idea so the neighborhood doesn't look dirty. We stayed on the West side of the resort which was nice but the entrance was tricky and constantly backed up. The last thing that was dissappointing to us was the fact that our yard was FULL of dog feces!! We called the management team the first day there because it was not even usable there was that much back there and they said they would send someone out - no one ever came!! In our group we all have pets so we get it but when renting a place to families and advertising the pool and backyard you MUST keep it clean. Overall, we LOVED having the pool right there, the water park was AMAZING and so much FUN, the food at the clubhouse restaurants was delicious and reasonable priced, and the bedrooms were clean and spacious!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again but we also feel like there are some things they could do to improve. The owner was very nice and tried her best to accommodate and fix our issues immediately. We feel the issue could be with the management team but cannot say for sure. If you are looking for a good house, nice location, easy vacation then this is a GREAT option!
