Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Beautiful home with panoramic windows and gorgeous views of the Deschutes River. The house features a comfortable open style with panoramic windows and fabulous views of the Big Deschutes River. There is access to one of our two large decks from the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a Satellite TV, DVD player, and wood stove. The beautiful kitchen has granite countertops, wood floors and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, microwave, electric range/oven, dishwasher, spices and other cooking items that may be needed.You can barbeque on the stainless steel grill on the large upper deck while enjoying the views. The bedrooms are large with comfortable pillow-top queen size beds. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, nestled among the pine trees in a relaxing setting. There is also a small dock to moor a fishing boat, canoe, kayak or raft. Bring your canoe, kayak or paddle board and enter the river from our private dock. You can fish from the bank or just sit and relax watching the river and enjoying the wildlife. The property is located 4 miles southwest of Sunriver and approximately 19 miles south of Bend.
There are several great restaurants located throughout the area. Sunriver is approximately 4 miles away where you can enjoy shopping, eating, riding bikes, and golfing.

We absolutely loved this property! The pictures honestly don't do it justice. This was one of the best places that we have ever stayed. So many great touches including a book that the owners made with all of the nearby attractions and how far they were from the house. The property was extremely clean and well stocked. A wonderful home and beautiful stay, we will for sure be back!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful, clean and very private home on the river. Todd and Tammy are terrific hosts as well. We plan to return again.

This was our 2nd year staying here with our friends and we look forward to coming back again! We love that we can launch our kayaks right from the property and one day we even kayaked to the house from a different location. This year the weather was not in our favor to kayak but we still had the best time. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for meals and entertaining. Even spices! We love how there are two separate masters as well. We love staying here and can’t wait to come back again!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, right on the water, with no neighbors. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Everything in the home is top notch. It’s a great place for cooking and grilling, because the kitchen is fully stocked. Todd and Tammy were great hosts, they were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect getaway! I hope we’re able to come back sometime!
