Beautiful apartment conveniently located right on the water and only 1.7 miles from the beach. The Isle Casino Racing Park is 3.5 miles. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 16 miles. Mizner Park of Boca Raton is only 9.5 miles. It truly is one of the best located places you could find.
The apartment is on a first floor and it has been fully renovated with a view of a pool and one of the feeding canals for the intracoastal.

This is a beautiful condo. Everything you need is there, and the host quickly responds to questions. Upon arrival, it was very clean, and the host provided all necessary amenities. It is close to the beach, grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations. The pool with incredible views is an added bonus. We did a long term stay (1 month), and we would definitely stay here again.

Mostly good- a few relatively minor improvements would be great.
A) TV was very difficult and cut in and out of service constantly
B) Suggest at least a queen bed in master
C) Pool and pool area restrictions need expanding
D) Lighting in bedrooms and overall was insufficient
E) Hot water in stall shower kept running out very quickly

Awesome apartment, super clean, exactly as described. Pool with Intracoastal canal view and awesome sunsets were delightful. Great price for a clean comfortable stay. Host was responsive. Only thing we needed was the wi-fi password and he was a phone call away.
