About this house rental
Licensed home - we have all the required licenses to operate as a vacation rental.
Near the most beautiful beaches in South Florida. Enjoy the Venice of the United States! The property is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, near great restaurants and numerous other activities.
Everything has been done to ensure that your stay will be comfortable and relaxing.
Waterfront home with large heated pool and barbecue area. No extra charges for pool heating and bbq cleaning.
Master bedroom: king bed, king pillows, closet, private bathroom with hairdryer and 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with cable.
Second bedroom: queen bed and a comfortable daybed for 2, king and standard pillows, closet, bathroom with tub shower and 43" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with cable.
Crib and High Chair available by request (no extra charge)
Welcome amenities bath kits.
Family room with 65” 4k ultra HD smart TV with DIRECTV.
Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare wonderful meals.
Laundry with washer, dryer, iron and board.
Comfortable desk with printer for business trips and wi-fi access. Laptop friendly workspace.
We have a water softening systems - no bottled water needed. You will feel the effects of soft water on the skin.
If you are allergic, we have UV sterilizer on our A/C system.
The home is meticulously cleaned before each guest's arrival following CDC procedures required by the county.
The front door has an electronic lock and you'll be given the code.
The pool heater is set to 85F˚ in winter. During warmer months the heater will be off for energy saving reasons and also because it is not usually necessary. If you’d like to turn on please let us know.

We need a place for our personal belongings, so the garage and some cabinets will be closed. Unfortunately we don't live in Florida, we live in Brazil. However, we will always be available through e-mail and social media. My brother lives in the same street and he can assist you if needed.

Our stay at this waterfront house was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully maintained - the kind of place that you settle in right away. The private pool was a perfect bonus, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was incredibly convenient while still being in a quiet safe neighborhood, which made the whole trip feel effortless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Bianca was also fantastic to communicate with - responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily return .

Host was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions. House is in a nice neighborhood just a few minutes drive from the beach. The pool was wonderful. If you are traveling with small children be aware that the pool is right out the back door. There are beach chairs, lifejackets and all the things one needs for beach fun!

Beautiful home incredible pool well stocked great communication with owner we couldn’t have asked for more Would definitely recommend. It’s so close to everything great restaurants like Houston’s and the beach
