3-room attic apartment in a very quiet residential area. Parking in front of the house. Walking distance to the festival hall (approx. 7 minutes), main train station (approx. 12 minutes) and city center (15 minutes).
Non smoking apartment, parquet flooring, WiFi, well-equipped kitchen, large living room with sofa, armchair, desk and TV, can be divided by a double door. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00m), chest of drawers and armchair. Bathroom with shower.

For visitors aimed at spending their sojourn in Bayreuth at the Festspielhaus, this is a great place in all respects. A very quiet place, beautifully furnished, with easy parking around, which are great, great, great to prepare for the holy ritual... But great also thanks to her owner, Barbara who was just as helpful as discreet.
I recommend it.

The property was beautiful, as described, and the hosts were kind, thoughtful and very prompt in communication.
Guests have the use of the entire top floor of the house, with a well-supplied kitchen and modern bathroom. There is good wifi.
The property is just 7 minutes' walk from the Festspielhaus: if you leave when you hear the fanfares through the open window, you will be in time (and you can return between the acts). The town centre is around 15 minutes' walk there are several supermarkets nearby.
We would highly recommend this property and Bayreuth as a destination.

Perfect host. Very helpful. Could not be happier. The shower requires a little bit of bending to fit into but it's worth it.
