Suite for 6 people! Center of Rome! Baby gratis!

I would recommend this to family and friends. Everything was great except for the grumpy man that came blasting to our door knocking and ringing the doorbell very many times. Very disrespectful to my grandson. We were not loud but a wine glass was broken and maybe that startled him. Non the less he was rude.

Apartment presented in excellent taste. Enjoyed the historic building with cage elevator . Yes I'll stay again next time in Rome warmly Violeta Doug and family

We recently spent three and a half weeks in the apartment. It's cute, its clean, well appointed and easy for traveling about the city. First, there's the neighborhood, safe, well-lit at night, ethnically diverse and some great dining! Secondly, the no. 2 tram runs by the apartment house to Piazza del Populo, and the Piazza Mancini two blocks away is a bus hub, including one for Termini (station) and another for the Vatican area.Special cheapo bus passes are available at the Spagna Metro Station.--35 euros for a month, no contract! Third, the local dining was great--prices are much more reasonable in the neighborhood than they would be in a touristy area..and you get to eat like a local! Fourth, the apartment building has great security. There are two locking gates to be navigated, the building's front door and then the apartment with a triple deadbolt lock. People are always friendly! There is a nice old style elevator, so you don't have to schlep things up the stairs. Fifth, groceries are available at a nice market on Via Flaminia and from some local shops! Or there is a supermarket inside the Termini station.Sixth, if you are Catholic or curious there is the Constantinian Basilica of Santa Croce, one street to the west. Inside the apartment: There is a cute washing machine in the bathroom to wash clothes. If you are American, get directions as to how to use it, as it is a little complicated. The drying rack for the clothes is pretty effective, by the way! Also, you will need to remember that the stove has no pilot light and has to have the burner lit by hand each time you use it. There is no microwave, but we survived, consummate world travelers that we are! Stefania, we loved the kitchen, it's very functional and very, very cute. The water heater works well and we had hot showers every time. Individual TV's in both bedrooms-loved it! By the way,the TV's allow you to switch to English on a few channels, especially the "Crime" reruns from the US.Sorry, no BBC or CNN. Nous sommes restés 15 jours avec mes trois enfants . Appartement confortable refait à neuf , dans une résidence datant des années 1920 très calme .Facile d'accès en voiture et possibilité de se garer sans problème dans la rue à des tarifs plus que raisonnables . Point fort : bien que légèrement excentré dans Rome ,un arrêt de tramway conduisant au métro Flaminio est à 100m de l'entrée ce qui permet d'éviter le stress de rechercher le bon endroit d'où partir , de plus il y a un important terminal de Bus à 300m , on peut donc se dispenser d'utiliser la voiture pour tout ce qui concerne Rome proprement dit . Et au coin de la rue il y a un petit restaurant qui fait aussi cafétéria ou l'on mange très bien et à des prix très doux . En bref , très bon séjour dans un appartement à conseiller avec des propriétaires très aimables.
