This 5th floor beachside corner apartment offers 180 degree view of the ocean and the fantastic waves of world renown Makaha beach rich with ocean life. Enjoy the view from a wrap around lanai or from the queen sized bed. A full sized pull out bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. A full sized, well equipped kitchen allows you to dine in or there are plenty of restaurants to chose from in nearby towns. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with support bars making it handicap accessible if needed.

This place was great. If you are looking for nightlife, or touristy things this is not it. And yes there are a lot of homeless on the way there. But once we got to this complex it's was perfect for us. It's not super fancy like all the big resorts in Waikiki with the prices to match. But the whole complex is clean and well kept. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need and then some. The view is fantastic. We had turtles come up and play in the waves right below us almost every day. We also saw dolphins and a monk seal and watched the surfers. All from the laini which is shaded most of the day. There is no air conditioning, but we never missed it. Nice breeze most of the time. Tim even has binoculars in there. Along with beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and a small cooler for the beach even a surf board if you are adventurous. We only used the chairs and cooler. We accidentally broke a beach chair which we replaced, but when I told Tim he said, "no worries and thank you for letting me know." He was great to work with. It is a drive out here, so a rental car is recommended, but we don't mind driving so it was fine. We were really sad when we had to leave. We would definitely stay here again. You get the best views and the coolest ocean breeze in the corner units on that end of the building!
Makaha beach is very safe for swimming and snorkeling.
I call Makaha beach a swimmer's paradise in the summer and
a surfers paradise in the winter!
