Locally owned and operated. This unit is available for a minimum 30 day rental. King size bed with down comforter. Sofa sleeper in living room sleeps additional 2 people. Great for families! Property is well maintained with good security. Unit was well equipped for cooking and eating and sleeping. Plenty of closet space. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries and was very friendly and helpful. Lots of homeless people in the area, but they weren't obnoxious. Great hiking, snorkeling and diving nearby.

This rental was one of my absolute favorite. We were a little bit concerned from the reviews regarding this area of the island, but it was nothing!!! Even if it were, the Security on the property is excellent. The facility itself is extremely clean and well staffed with very friendly people. Everyone was very helpful in giving recommendations for local eating. Beach was less than half a mile, mountain ridge for hiking literally 3 minute drive. If you’re looking for non-tourist feel with every view..this is the place. The host allowed us to check out a few hours later so we enjoyed the time before we had to go to the airport. The condo itself was equipped for everything! The bed was very comfortable and again everything was simply perfect! We shopped at the local grocery and got things for breakfast for the fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and felt like home. We Would definitely come back!
