Brand new house of 85 sqm with a terrace and pergola of 30 sqm. Sleeping place for 4 adults and 2 babies / kids. The house has built leg accordion thing to the new technical code and HAS BEEN finished with quality materials. It has two bedrooms with wooden floors, bathroom with shower, storage room, toilet and a big garden with private parking places. The house is located in a very chill neighborhood on a plot of 1000 sqm and Has A beautiful view on the volcano. Year of construction: 2012.

The Villa is very well equipped, clean and nicely furnished with many thoughtful touches. There is also some nice outdoor furniture.
