Heading down to the Outer Banks for your vacation just became easier when you book your vacation at our Sunday turn-over home. Located directly across the street from the Carlow Avenue beach access, this home has all of the conveniences of being just a few steps away from the sand and waves. Ocean views from the second floor give this comfortable “home away from home” the atmosphere you will be looking for during your summer retreat. Enjoy taking in the ocean breezes from our two oceanside decks or unwind with friends and family with games and conversation spaces on our home’s ground level. New for 2026: Sheets and Towels provided for all of our guests.
Our family loves to spend time here, so we have paid special attention to what would make this a comfortable place for anyone to visit. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for creating and serving your own meals, or plan to enjoy carry-out prepared at one of the award-winning restaurants close by. The family-style eating area and bar are perfect for enjoying meals together and playing games. We set our clocks to "Island Time," but free WiFi and YouTube TV make it possible for renters to stay in touch easily. Recent tech upgrades include Smart TV’s in bedrooms and the living room, allowing guests to enjoy streaming their favorite content while on vacation.

Its an older property with a great location. No ice maker or linens or towels or dish cloths etc. Make sure you download the VRBO App or you will not know this. My family really enjoyed our stay. Her house cleaner claims they found dog hair after our stay. I paid alot of money for a sitter for our 2 dogs which I can verify. I wonder does the cleaner charge more for dog hair?? They claim the last renters had a dog as well. I had great communication with the owner throughout the vacation.I would recommend this property for location to the ocean front!

We’ve been renting homes at OBX for over 25 years and this has to be the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in! The location was incredible with a walkover ramp vs stairs to the beach right across the street. We were able to walk to get ice cream several evenings and loved the central location. The house had everything we needed and more. The owner, Stephanie, was just super to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. With 7 adults and one toddler in this home, we we very comfortable. We would happily recommend and rent this home again!!
