The fully landscaped garden, not overlooked, is embellished with a magnificent tiled terrace with an electric awning and deckchairs.

Lover of the island, Child, Carine spent her summers there as a family and introduced her to her children who decided to live there to enjoy beyond summer, fishing, surfing, or the beach. Normal, the activities are numerous and will satisfy young and old, walkers or backpackers ....

The town is constantly evolving in St Denis and access to the main shops and services (bakery, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, tobacco, town hall, post office ...) in less than 2 minutes on foot seems essential for a daily life who on vacation must be reduced .... leisure activities are even more ready (beach, beach suitable for people with disabilities, marina, cycle paths, tennis, pétanque and volleyball, media library, cinema room) … There is something for all tastes, all ages ....
The village is the "richest" of the island, in activities .... the YCO sailing circle and the very modern and beautifully clean marina are ideal for strolling or nautical activities. The magnificent beaches of La Boirie (Family, with access ramp to "pmr", monitored and pictured on all postcards of the island thanks to its multicolored cabins) and the wild coast are beaches that will delight children or adolescents according to everyone's wishes.
The house is near the cycle paths which connect the various centers of interest of the island.
