About this house rental
Your own "Four Seasons" located just one home from the beach in the highly desirable Del Mar Beach Colony! Like new, fully renovated, recently updated (2025) and masterfully crafted in every detail, blending indoor & outdoor living. Large sliding glass door between the family room and outdoor dining area disappears into the wall.
Pamper yourself in pure luxury throughout. Home comes fully furnished including a sturdy beach wagon for getting the gear and toys to/from the beach. Available beach gear include beach tent, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach games, etc.
Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, has central air conditioning, teak wood floors and cabinets, sound system, 4K smart TV in family room and two bedrooms, outdoor hot water shower and separate hot water outdoor foot wash, gated pedestrian entrance for total peace and privacy. TV in outdoor alcove above fireplace, and flat-screens in two upstairs bedrooms.
Dreamy outdoor living room complete with fireplace and TV above the fireplace. True gourmet kitchen with solid teak cabinets and beautiful slab stone counters. A sumptuous primary bedroom suite with walk in closet, ensuite shower and private viewing deck.
Ten minute walk to two beachfront restaurants (Jake's and Poseidon) and short walk to downtown Del Mar. Maintained in like-new condition and exceptionally clean! Updated in 2025 with fresh paint, new sofa and chairs, mattresses, bedding, lighting, wall art, and microwave. Most of our renters are return guests for many, many years.
Note, beach house is also available for a long-term rental Winter 2026 at a discounted multi-month rate, please ask for details. Complimentary housekeeping provided on a weekly basis for monthly rentals.

Luxurious Beach House is just that…a beautiful home, fully updated and decorated nicely, very well-equipped kitchen, calming outdoor patio with tranquil water-feature, fireplace and TV for dining and entertainment. Fantastic location — literally around the corner from the beach so we didn’t even need to wear our flip flops to get there! Plenty of good quality beach chairs and fluffy beach towels. Lovely and communicative hosts. Can’t wait to return and enjoy Del Mar and this fabulous accommodation!

We have stayed here now for 3 or 4 years now I lost count! We love the home for our family of 5. It’s big enough for all of us, is very clean and comfortable and is stocked with everything you need. We love the location and try to drive as little as possible when we’re here. We walk to the beach and restaurants every day and enjoy it so much!! Monarch, Tamarindo, Sbicca, Jake’s, Gelato and the frozen yogurt shop are our favorites!! The owners are always available via text and very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!!

Mark and Patti's property was the perfect spot for our winter escape! The home was immaculate, smartly decorated and thoughtfully stocked. While many beach properties are worn and cheaply furnished, this property offered high-end finishes and touches (from appliances to high end bedding) - and was stocked with everything you would need making for a very comfortable stay.
We loved the location - just a half a block from the beach and a five-minute walk from some of Del Mar's best restaurants. Many days ended with us grabbing a beach chair and heading to the beach for evening sunsets and then walking to Posieden for dinner. While on the busy and popular Coast Blvd road, the house was super quiet, safe and private - and offered off street parking. Gates leading to the front and back entrances made offered seclusion while in the heart of it all.
Mark and Patti were amazing, friendly and very-responsive hosts.
Would not hesitate to recommend and stay again :)
