The villa is surrounded by a pine forest of more than 3 hectares not overlooked, between the Var vineyards and the lavender lavender fields 40 minutes from Aix en Provence and Aubagne and one hour from Marseille.

We stayed in this lovely house in August so the weather was wonderful so we made the most of the beautiful pool. It is located within walking distance of a great restaurant, food was superb and we needed the walk home to burn off a few calories ! St Tropez is an easy half hour drive with its amazing harbour ,vibrant market and shops, but it was good to get back to the countryside and BBQ in the private garden. We had a pleasant walk one morning over to the reservoir, so the house really had a lot to offer being not far from the town and beaches but nestled nicely in the countryside.
Terrace by the pool was well used and the interior of the house was very well equipped,comfortable and clean.
I would definitely recommend a visit and would love to return ourselves.

La Graniere is a very well equipped and comfortable home from home.
The owners are very warm and welcoming and are keen to ensure that everything is perfect for your stay.
The pool is a good size for swimming and the sun terrace is enormous and furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor eating, sunloungers, and other furniture on which to relax and enjoy the calming countryside surroundings. There is also a large, private gated parking area, a table tennis table and barbeque are provided for guest’s use.
My husband and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Provence as it provides easy access to the many nearby attractions including the beaches, the Gorges du Verdon, several wine producing chateaux and many small and interesting villages. A little further afield are the likes of Cannes, Monaco and St. Tropez.
