Beautiful Top (3rd) Floor Luxury unit with harbor view. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Many sliders leading to multiple balcony. Large kitchen boasts ample wood cabinetry, granite counters and a breakfast bar The dining area has two sets of sliders leading to an 'L'-shaped balcony overlooking the intersecting canals and with a peek-a-boo view of the Harbor. Master bedroom suite offers a king bed, private balcony , a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with dual sinks and a huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed third bedrooms is equipped with full bed- perfect for overnight guests. Only 2 minutes walk or car ride to the harbor with a close beaches:
- Ponce de Leon Park( little beach for a picnic o beautiful sunset . 6 minutes drive form the house
- Englewood Beach , 45 minutes drive nice little city beach Restsurant’s
- Sarasota , Fiesta key , a 1.10 hour drive

Richard and Carmen were gracious and excellent hosts. Any questions or requests that we had were attended to almost immediately. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. Our only negative was that the boat dock and lift were unavailable, due to needing some repair.

We had a fun time. Love the game room. Could use a few repairs on the games, but we made due. Did some fishing off the pier. Even though it was a rough start with no air conditioning, after the repair all was good!!! Would stay again.
