About this house rental
Rental Permit # 0573 This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom ( one bedroom is in the loft) cottage in the beautiful historic district of East Marion. Two new full bathrooms, beautiful full kitchen & dining room, den & living room. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed, bedroom #2 has 1 full bed and bedroom #3 has 1 twin. The is a sofa bed in the living room. Located close to beaches, ferry, Jitney and many lovely locations in East Marion and Greenport. Steps away from the wonderful "Angels Country Store" deli and the famous "Lavender by the Bay" lavender farm, along with SEP's farm stand. We are 3 minute drive to the lovely seaside village of Greenport and 5 minutes from Orient and the Cross-Sound Ferry to Connecticut. This home has one bedroom and bathroom on the first level and two semi-private bedrooms on the second floor with a full private bathroom. The second floor is accessible by charming spiral stairs...

Beautiful home but unfortunately there was an issue with the AC so we wereUnable to stay due to how hot it was. Sophia was super responsive and put us up in one of her other properties in the area. We really appreciated her responsiveness.

This property more than met our expectations- it is quintessentially lovely and so clean!!!! We loved the charm and antique feeling of this place! It had everything we needed and then some- we enjoyed both nights hanging out in the gazebo with a glass of local wine!!! Thank you so very much for a lovely stay.

Working with this host was a positive experience. The decor, finishes and amenities were on point, comfortable and well accessorized. Although the fireplaces were unfortunately temporarily inoperable at the time of our stay, all other aspects of the property were thoroughly enjoyable. The host left a very thoughtful and appreciated welcome basket. Parking and lighting were safe and convenient with automatic exterior lighting timers to ensure you do not come home to a dark property, if out for the day. The property is located close to several wineries and restaurants. We would definitely rent from this host again. They pay attention to the details. Happy holidays!

We had a great weekend! This home is beautiful, clean and cozy. Truly a gem on the north fork. Only minutes from Greenport. Will definitely be staying again someday.
