About this house rental

Newly restored 3 bedroom, one bathroom cottage just up road from private bay beach. Stone kitchen counters, fire clay kitchen sink, all stainless appliances including gas range, dishwasher. One bath, newly tiled tub walls in shower with heated tile floor. Central AC, large outdoor shower, large screened in porch, large outdoor living area on bluestone patio. All bedrooms are full size, king bed in master, queen beds in the other two. Walk to fishing, hiking, bird watching, sailing, windsurfing, swimming and the glorious Eastern Long Island great outdoors. 10 min. car ride away from Montauk's famous restaurants, nightlife, fishing and surfing.

We absolutely loved our stay on this quiet street. It is a short walk to the beach and the area is just stunning. House was renovated recently and is tastefully decorated. New floors, kitchen, bathroom etc. Will definitely stay there again!

The house is minimalist yet still so charming, perfectly clean, and has everything you would need. Short walk to some of the best sunsets in the Hamptons and you can choose your spot anywhere in Lazy Point for fishing, paddle boarding kite surfing, sunrises or sunsets - nature abound. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Bruce H
