The ABSOLUTE quietness.
Freezer section was small. Stopper needed in the bathroom sink.

the location, the pool and surroundings, the convenience and staff.
the apartment was a bit old and need some improvements (especially for the price). the faucet at kitchen sink was leaking, the toilet was not so good at flushing (needed to flush twice), and the shower head could be better.
