Located east of Marseille, in the hills of Marcel Pagnol, this contemporary villa can accommodate 6 adults. It has a very pleasant garden with swimming pool.
Although being quiet, the house remains close to the highway leading to Cassis and the Var and near the shopping centers of La Valentine.
It is on 2 floors and has:
- A large entrance
- a large double living room of 50m2
- an open kitchen
- 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with its bathroom and dressing room.
- 2 bedrooms upstairs.
- 2 bathrooms. One on the ground floor with bath and one upstairs with shower
- 2 separate toilets, one on each floor

- a 7.50m by 4.50m swimming pool

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this villa.
The owners were lovely and showed us around at check in and emailed us whilst there regarding the pool being cleaned etc. Great communication and quick replies.
The villa was very well stocked with everything you could need, we especially liked the fact that there was salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc, stuff that you have to sometimes buy huge packs of once you arrive. This was a really nice touch. The pool was fab and we had so much fun in it and the accommodation top notch, would definitely recommend it.
There is a small bakery just down the road (get there early!) a lovely restaurant called the 3 Frers and we also eat a lot at the local tennis club, just minutes from the villa which was excellent.
Had several trips to Cassis to see the Calanques and have some gorgeous meals with a fab backdrop. We also visited the Veron Gorges, a fair drive but an amazing day out in electric boats in stunning scenery.
All in all a fab holiday in a lovely home with everything you could need. 5 star!!
