About this apartment rental
The holiday home "Zur Hohen Metze" in Roschlaub near Scheßlitz offers a wonderful view of the surroundings and is only 5 minutes by car from Scheßlitz. The two spacious, bright apartments were extensively renovated in spring 2016. Apartment Sabrina in the 1. Floor offers with 80sqm space for up to 7 people. In the establishment value was placed on a modern, yet homey design. The kitchen has a complete equipment, the bathroom is spacious, a large shower and an oversized washbasin make for a feel-good morning. A balcony (access in the hallway) belongs to the apartment. In the very extensive garden live rabbits, they can be fed. A barbecue invites to a cozy dinner in the garden. Restaurants, bakeries and shops are just a 5-minute drive away. Right next door in the inn "Finzel" you can partially on Sundays from noon and Tuesdays from 18 clock.
Cot and high chair are available on request. Hair dryer, washing machine and dryer are available. The apartment is pet and smoke free. Pitches and a garage with direct access to the house are available (the garage please inquire if needed in advance). Wi-Fi is available for free. Socket fuses in all rooms, smoke detectors available.
Towels and cleaning are included from three days in the price, for short stays under three days fall to 35.00 euros in addition.

Nice apartment containing all of the things needed for an enjoyable holiday. Owners friendly and welcoming on arrival. Located in a quiet village within easy reach of lots of places for sightseeing.

Our stay was perfect. Peaceful and quiet, out in the country. 5 minutes from town with numerous markets and bakeries, and anything else we might have needed. The apartment is quit modern and well appointed. We drove and a parking spot was provided right at the apartment, very convenient.
We were visiting Bavaria, Switzerland and Austria and for us the apartment was perfectly located. We could rise early go on a tour then return for the evening and a pleasent night sleep, then start again the next day.
Melanie and Geo were gracious and attentive but never over bearing. They made us feel welcomed and safe.
We will happily return and stay again someday. Thank you for helping us have lovely memories.

I can't rate this accommodation highly enough, it is truly incredible, especially considering the rate. It is a little isolated, but we really liked being more rural and it's not a problem if you have a car. The views are amazing, the owner went out of her way to be helpful and we had a lovely meal in the attached family Gasthaus which was great value for money.
The furnishings and how well supplied it was is fantastic, it has obviously been recently renovated to a very high standard. If you are considering a stay here, you really need to go for it.
