The open floor plan with large sliders leading to a comfortable screened lanai will let you appreciate Florida's inside/outside lifestyle. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island will lead to cozy family gatherings as you cook inside or grill outside. The dining , living and kitchen all merge in the open concept floor plan. A mini fridge on the lanai is handy for stocking your favorite drink as you lounge around the pool or fish off the dock. The guest bedroom features a luxury queen size bed, tv, mini fridge and comfortable lounge chair while the third bedroom has a high end inflatable double size bed perfect for small guests, as well as a desk area for work. The king size master bed with views to the canal also has a large tv with streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable tv. Sliders allow you to hop out of bed and into the pool. The huge bathroom features an oversize shower with multiple heads as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The double vanities and towel heater add more luxurious touches. Your Florida dream home awaits you!



Punta Gorda is one of SW Florida's top vacation spots and has a unique small town charm with many of the area's finest restaurants. Located on Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda is known as a sport fishing destination and the tarpon fishing capital of the world. A very bicycle friendly town with free loaner bikes, the city also features beautiful parks and walking trails. The most visited tourist destination is just a mile from you--Fisherman's Village with quaint shops, charter and ferry boats, and top waterfront restaurants. Live music abounds from local tiki huts, to roof top bars to downtown corners. There is always something going on in this small town and the sunsets will astound you

While I do accept pets:
I MUST know number, type, weight, whether trained or not, and there may be additional charges. If pets are found without prior approval there is a $50 penalty per day per pet if they are not disclosed with the above information!

I do not offer discounts for longer stays. Please note: this is my personal home so the good news is it is fully equipped with any thing you need including paper products, cleaning supplies and pantry staples. This also means my personal effects remain in the house and, while I leave lots of closet space and empty drawers, if you are offended by someone’s clothing etc in the home, please choose another home. The third bedroom is my art studio so there is a high end, self inflating bed there as well as storage space, but again, it has my art supplies stored there.
