Fully enclosed backyard with, patio areas, outdoor sitting, hammock and gas BBQ (Weber). Very quiet environment to enjoy french countryside.

A large fully equipped kitchen has a table that can seat 8 people. A 50 m2 dining room opened to the south garden has a large table that seats 10-12 people. There is an insert fireplace in the kitchen and a massive fireplace in the dining room. On the second floor, a large living/TV room has a 75-inch TV.
