Built in 2016, Sueño Real features a spacious open-concept floor plan with soaring ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open the entire western side of the home to spectacular sunsets and ocean breezes.
Chef's Kitchen & Dining Area: Cook and dine with ease, then step onto the 1,000+ sq ft covered terrace—perfect for cocktails, family dinners, or just soaking in the views.
Living Room: Relax with a 60” flat screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plush seating.
Guest Bedroom (Main Level): Includes a private bath and opens to a peaceful side patio with bay views.

Ricardo is the best of the best, enjoy the view and the hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay, but he was the person who made our stay incredible.

The house is very spacious, enough living spaces for our group of family and kids. The views are the best in town! The kitchen is well equipped, with soaring ceilings. I would suggest updating the stove soon. Lots of small but luxurious finishing touches around the house. The housekeepers were incredibly helpful! We would definitely stay again.

This property is just amazing,the view is breathtaking,the location is perfect(1km) from San Juan Del Sur beach very easy to walk.The villas are very large, we were 12 and we lived very confortable.we don' t have to forget Juliette the cook and Carlos who helped to maintain the house facilitated and improved the quality of the stay.The owner of the house Zachary is so nice .I recommend without hesitation this property!!!!!
