Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and essential toiletries for your convenience.

Casa Collado is located in a secure gated community, approximately 10 minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur. You’ll have convenient access to local restaurants, shops, and the seaside promenade while enjoying the peace and privacy of the community.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.
Our staff are on standby throughout your stay. They live in a separate house on the property and are available to assist with check-in, check-out, and any essentials or assistance you may need during your visit.

Please note the following minimum-stay requirements during peak holiday periods:
Semana Santa / Holy Week (March 24–30): Minimum stay of 6 nights
New Year’s: Minimum stay of 6 nights
