Brainard <br>Beach Cottage <br>Adorable beachfront cozy cottage!!

Location, Location, Location. This beautiful beach cottage is located perfectly next to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. She went out of her way to make sure our first trip to Cape May was successful and pleasant. The cottage was well furnished. We will be coming back for a future stay.

The host went above and beyond to help us use the appliances and brought a missing kitchen essential item over to us ASAP. The cottage was toasty warm in January during freezing cold temperatures and high winds.

Cold winter days but stayed cozy at this place for a quick birdwatching trip. I loved that the host had instructions and notes available to use. My best friend and I enjoyed their choice in decor and felt the place was overall clean for what we needed. Host was very responsive. The Vrbo instructions had said linens and towels were not provided but they actually were, Host was very apologetic and said would fix that for future guests. Generally, very nice to message with. Distance to Lake Lily and the lighthouse state park was wonderful.

Property located right next to beach access. Very convenient and beautiful neighborhood to take walks around. Cottage was cozy, decorated nicely and you could tell some recent updates. Outdoor space great. My husband and I stayed with out toddler and had plenty of space. Cottage is great for single family or two couples. We had a wonderful long weekend and had no complaints. Kathy was very quick to respond and offered some great recommendations around the area. My only two small suggestions would be some cookie sheets/cooking pans added to kitchen (maybe I just couldn’t find them?) and clocks in the bedrooms. I hope to be able to return in the future! We very much enjoyed our time.
