About this house rental
This property overlooks the 14th green on the Valle Del Este Golf Course. It is located in a small enclosed complex with a communal swimming pool. There is a 4 Star hotel on the course with a beautiful swimming pool and spa. These and all the hotel's facilities are open to all residents of Valle del Este. The property is within 10 minutes drive of a number of the lovely Vera and Mojacar beaches and the surrounding mountains. There is also a naturist beach area in Vera Playa. There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket on the golf course as well as numerous others in the local towns. Apart from the Valle del Este course there are 4 other golf courses in the area. Other available / local sporting activities include sailing, fishing, diving, cycling and walking. The fishing port of Garrucha is famous for its fish restaurants but there is also a huge variety of other eating and drinking places in the area and the beautiful Natural Park of Cabo de Gata is only a short drive away.
Available activities: Golf - apartment from the excellent Valle del Este course on which the property is located there are 5 other courses within a 20 minute drive. Macenas, Marina, Cortijo Grande, Desert Springs and Aguillon.
Diving - there are three Diving / Scuba Schools in the area and some of the best locations for the sport in Spain.
Walking - The adjacent Cabo de Gata Natural Park has many great trails and paths leading to small private beaches and other areas of natural beauty and spectacular scenery.
Fishing - The area has many great locations for shore fishing, while boats and crew can be hired in Garrucha for deep sea fishing.
Swimming - The area has an abundance of locations for this sport.
Karting - There is an excellent karting circuit within a 10 minute drive of the property.

Good air conditioning, clean, pleasant view of golf course from balcony. Gas BBQ. Orientation meant that sun was not overwhelming. Cool breeze by pool reduced strong heat of sun. Family-friendly pool, plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Paradise!

We were unfortunate to have a last minute cancellation a week before we were due to fly out, the hosts for this apartment very kindly accepted our request and we couldn’t have been more impressed with both the communication we had and the apartment itself. Max and Ines were extremely helpful and we would definitely stay there again!

Lovely well-kept property in a great location for golf and the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the freedom of a gated community property. We were very well received by the hosts who also helped us with local information and a minor medical problem that needed solving. Overall a great holiday.
