Loved being able to walk along the beachfront and not see another person!

Our host gave us plenty of dining and activity suggestions. It kept us busy and never disappointed. Grace Bay Adventures’ charter was a wonderful day exploring so much incredible beauty, quiet beaches and wonderful fresh food.Lisa, our host, helped us so much throughout our stay - she was so helpful, knowledgeable and responsive!!!The facility was beautiful and quiet - just what we needed to recharge our batteries!! I would highly recommend a stay at this property!!!

This place was great if you like secluded. It’s away from everything on the island but man is that great. We did see turtles around the beach and great for snorkeling. Short drive to Malcom rd beach. Great commutation with the host

We had such an amazing time and the condo was fantastic, as was communication with the owner, Lisa. If you’re looking for a more lively, party scene with close-by restaurants (the on-site restaurant at our rental community was closed) and nightlife, then stay on the other side of the island for 10x the price. But if you want relaxation and don’t mind renting a car (which I think is standard regardless of where you stay), this place is amazing and affordable. It was so hard to find a 2 bed/2 bath that both had king size beds. So two adults or two couples can stay without someone being stuck in a kid’s room. This is very unique and allowed great privacy. The view from deck is gorgeous, the ocean is down a very short path from pool. Pool and hot tub were large and so relaxing, not very crowded at all. And as long as you keep noise down in the evening, nobody will bother you, I.e., pool rules aren’t restrictive like resorts. We didn’t do a daily cleaning service for 5 days. The washer/dryer + dishwasher + deck to hang wet towels on made it very easy to keep clean. WiFi and TV worked great. AC worked well, but we tried to be conservative bc the island has very expensive electricity costs. Ceiling fans in every room, fully outfitted kitchen. The people who live next door are very nice. I would def stay again and LOVED Turks and Caicos. Again, u need a rental car, but most restaurants, famous beaches (most beautiful in the world) are less than a 25 min drive away. Strongly recommend this area and this unit/condo community if you want peace and quiet vs. partying. Thanks again to Lisa and Angela!
