About this villa rental
Villa Brentos is a spacious villa set in a quiet location on a hillside overlooking the pretty bay of Splitska village.
Entrance to the villa is up a few stairs and into the upper floor where there is a large open plan living dining room with 3 sets of double doors that open onto the balcony terrace with its sea and countryside views. Here you can enjoy sunset dinners enjoying views of the Brac channel and the mountains of the mainland opposite.
Off the dining area is a large fully equipped kitchen.
On this floor is a double bedroom and a shower room.
Access to the lower level apartment is from the garden below. Here you will enter into the large open plan living dining room, its large glass doors and windows making it a very light and airy space. In this apartment is a fully fitted small kitchen.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a shower room.
To both sides of the villa are gardens and large terraces for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is a traditional BBQ grill for grilling fish and meat.
In front of the villa, with beautiful countryside views over the bay, is the 24 sq m pool with sunbathing terrace.
There is parking for 2 cars in the private off street parking space next to the villa.
Splitska is located 6km east from main town of the island, Supetar, it is easy accessible by car and daily connected by bus.
Getting to Brac: Take the car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 50 minutes.
You can book your ferry tickets on the ferry line website or buy them at the ticket office on arrival.
If you book online you have to enter a ferry time but the tickets are valid for any ferry on the day. For Supetar you can't book a place for your car on a specific ferry.
The cost of a one-way ferry ticket for a car up to 5m in length is 26,10 Euros. Adult tickets are 6,50 Euros, children between 3-12 years old pay 3,20 Euros. Children under 3 years old travel for free.
Directions to the house: You will check in at the house using the key safe. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the house.

We’ve just spent a week at the villa as a family of 5. The villa was spotless and had everything we could need and more. The beds were very comfy with mattress toppers which we all appreciated.
There’s air conditioning in every room.
The pool was a lovely temperature and very clean.
The location was good and there are many nice beaches and restaurants not too far away.
Would highly recommend and hope to visit next year.

Nice location with a great view over the little village of Splitska. You can walk to the harbor for a coffee in the morning and to the small beaches in the afternoon for a swim (pebble beach). The house has nice terraces and a swimming pool. The house actually consists of two parts (with separate entrances). We didn't realise this at the time we rented the house , but it worked out well. If you travel with small children, this might be more complicated. The island is not big and you can easily go to different places. All in all we had a nice holiday!

Amazing quality had everything and much better than the listing photos implied.
Good base. We hired a car for 3 days to explore the island 1 day we ealked to Postira and hired a boat and the rest of the time we used the bus to Supetar or just walked locally. So many great sea swimming spots. Fab holiday and the Property rental company agents in Brac were really helpful and communicative.

Perfect location, very clean, over-well equipped kitchen, laundry room, modern bathrooms, lots of space, nice garden with lemons, tangerines and figs, sunny pool area, fantastic view over the see.
