Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL
Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

Great patio with nice lounge chairs. Condo beautifully furnished and just as described. All check in information emailed early with great communication. We had a nice visit. Would rent again.

The view was exceptional. Close to a lot of things. However the codo was not very clean. Sand on bar and kitchen counters. No trash bags. Food splattered on kitchen wall. Ice maker acted up didn't make ice for awhile. Shower in bathroom didn't work right for a time.

The property was beautiful, well stocked, clean, and roomy. We had 4 kids and 2 adults, we all had plenty of room and privacy. The location is sublime, absolutely stunning. We will definitely be booking with you and Kims Condos again! Thank you!

The online photos of this property did not properly show the style of the decor. This unit is extremely dark and looks nothing like a bright beach rental. The master bedroom was so dark that you could not read in bed without the ceiling fan light on. The unit was also dirty. There was lots of statuary and faux plants and they were all laden with dust. I slide out the nightstand in the master bedroom to plug something up and there were dust bunnies everywhere. We ended up have to sweep and dust before we went to bed due to allergies. Both commodes periodically stopped up and had to be plunged. There was also mold and mildew buildup in the master shower. Otherwise, all appliances worked, a/c was cool and the furnishings were comfortable. I probably won’t rent this unit again.
