This property was located on the 11th floor of the building and offered an amazing ocean view from every room. The furniture was somewhat dated and could use a deep cleaning, but it was still usable. Overall, the unit itself definitely needed a thorough deep clean.Prior to arrival, I had read a previous comment mentioning issues with the dryer. I reached out to the owner to confirm, and I received a quick response assuring me there were no problems. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The dryer still did not work properly and took an extremely long time to dry a small load of clothes. On top of that, both the washer and dryer are very old, and debris came out of the machine door during use, ending up all over my clothes. I was honestly disgusted and did not use them again [See attached pictures.]The kitchen, however, was well equipped with everything needed. The building itself was kept clean overall and had a secure, direct entrance to the beach, which was a great convenience. During our stay, only one pool was operational.There were also plenty of food options & things to do nearby, and Walmart was about a 10-minute walk from the unit, which was very convenient.

In town for college baseball tourney. Perfect location, beautiful view, phenomenal beach access. Would love to revisit when construction for all the towers is complete & all the amenities are open, but that didn't mar this trip one bit!

Condo was in a great location with absolutely beautiful views. The interior (living room furniture, bedroom linens) need updating but otherwise it was very nice. Everything you could need was supplied in kitchen. We had a party of four so we had to wash towels each day because you’re only supplied one per person. We will be booking again.

Check in was easy and they were able to accommodate our early arrival. Location is convenient to everything. Wasn’t the cleanest room. Sand was still on the floors, clothing tags from previous renters was still on bedroom floor, medication was on dresser from previous renters was still there. The beach chair rental guys are lazy! They do not keep track of who rents what and people were seated in our chairs on 2 different occasions. The resort itself is very dated and needs alot of repairs. We stayed 7 yrs ago and it was totally different Do not plan on returning to this resort.
