This is a Wyndham Resort Property and as such, the following details and requirements apply:

1) Minimum age of 21 or older in order to check in.
2) The resort requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file for incidentals.
3) Once booked, in order for you to check in we must assign your name and address as it shows on your photo id. We will reach out right away once a booking is made to collect this information
- All guests must check-in at the resort's Front Desk upon arrival
- Guests must be 21 years of age, with a valid credit card in their name in order to check-in
- The name provided to Vacation Strategy after booking the reservation, is the name that will be placed on the Guest Confirmation. Only ONE name can be placed on the reservations. That will be the ONLY guest who will be allowed to check-in on the day of arrival. Any name change requests must be made prior to the day of arrival and will incur $120 fees. Be sure to provide us with the guest's name (the one person who will be checking in) exactly as it appears on the government-issued photo ID
- The Front Desk will require a government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in
- Please have a valid credit card with you. A security deposit hold of $250 will be placed on that card (for incidentals and/or room charges)
- Views are never guaranteed
- Daily housekeeping is not provided but may be requested by contacting the Front Desk directly for an additional charge which varies by villa size (directly payable to the resort)
- Parties and events are NOT allowed
- No Pets allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the room or other areas of the resort, except ONLY at the designated smoking spots located around the resort
- Free Wi-fi is available and the code is provided by the Front Desk during the check-in process
- We can only accommodate a minimum of 3-night stay at this time
- You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund

The property was nice. Staff was nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Plenty of room. Walk to the beach was only a few minutes.
The elevator was a nightmare. Truly. 30+ minutes waiting every single time. When we arrived it took over 1.5 hours to check in and get to our room because the elevators. Parking was expensive $$ per day. Everything was fine - if there were more elevators it would have been perfect. We were on the 23rd floor so a lot of steps for little kids and even for adults with luggage it’s a lot. We tried to plan things to do so that we wouldn’t need to come and go because it was never a quick trip of coming and going. Waiting 30 minutes every time for an elevator really shortens the day. The pool is nice but a bit small for the number of guests. The laundry room was great. Overall it was a very nice place. Just need a better elevator system.

We stayed with my family for a week I must confess that we were delighted with the very clean property with lots of space and the workers including those who clean are very beautiful people, I recommend this property without a doubt the excellent location I have children went wonderfully without a doubt that next year we will return thanks
