CozySuites brings you a beachfront condo that combines the comforts of home with the service you deserve from a hotel. In partnership with the iconic Showboat, CozySuites proudly offers a newly renovated studio condo. This is the best place to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, gym, and modern decor.
The Space:
This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City!
Great amenities are:
- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access
- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk
- Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Plenty of beds!
- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed!

- 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation (parking codes will be provided)

Guest have access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities
The Neighborhood:
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:
- Absecon Lighthouse
- Atlantic City Aquarium
- Marine Mammal Stranding Center
- Renaissance Plaza
- Brigantine Town Center
Getting Around:
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hardrock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.
No smoking, parties

$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] ***DOGS ONLY***
Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The space was perfect, plenty of room for large parties not to be ontop of each other. The hallway was dated, and carpeting could use a replacement, old smell and dark.
The suite was updated and was clean, not enough towels I. The bathroom and need more pillows for the beds. No extras for the pull out couch.
There is was no pool and the indoor waterpark is a lot of money ontop of the cost of the suites.
But in all I would stay here again.

There was only 1 tv! There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party so 1 tv just didn’t work for us. The room was not as clean as the pictures showed at all!! The floors looked like they were not swept, nor mopped. One of the kids dropped his toy under the sofa. We moved the sofa to get the toy and it was a lot of trash on the floor under the sofa!!!! The walls were dirty, there was a leaning table when you walk in the door. I could go on and on but I won’t. The bed was comfortable though and the shower and toilet were decent. Which is what really mattered to me. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
