About this villa rental

100m from Verdon, on the outskirts of the village of Saint-André les Alpes where all the shops and a mini-market exist, on 3000m2 of garden, villa of 200m2 with 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 with 5 beds - 2+ 2 + 1), 3 bathrooms, 45m2 living room with fireplace and 100m2 terrace with barbecue, trampoline and swing. Wifi, telephone, television, equipped kitchen (fridges, oven, washing machine and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, garden furniture. Nautical base of Saint-Julien at 8km, parasailing center (aerogliss), all excursions including pass and Allos lake, equestrian center and tree climbing nearby.

We stayed at this property for 10 days and really enjoyed it. The house is spacious, has a very cosy atmosphere and is well equipped for all family vacation needs. The owners are very nice people too!

We were a group of 8 paragliders; the house was 1km from the landing spot and a couple minutes' walk into town. The villa was by far more beautiful than we could see from the photos. It used to be the family home of the owners, lots of love and detail in every room. It was unusually cold in the evenings and we lit the fireplace in the living room which was supercozy. Huge backyard where we hooked up a slackline, did yoga, played soccer and frisbee. Very quiet lication with little brook running thru. Communication with the owners Claude and Serena was always prompt and clear, they met us upon arrival to explain everything. Very nice and welcoming. Thank you Claude and Serena for such a great week at your villa 'La Marmotte'. We will surely return :-)
