About this chalet rental

In a quiet residential area, only a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach S'Amarador, is this charming detached house.
This single storey, detached house is equipped with many details to your recovery and will be a haven of peace for you: In the spacious living / dining area with fireplace, a typical country kitchen is affiliated. Ca'n Marroig has three bedrooms with 5 beds (2 + 2 + 1 / with new pillow-top mattresses) and a shower room with toilet. In addition to decorative linen curtains allow shutters (shutters) in all rooms shading as blackout.
The living room, from where you have a partial view of the pool is equipped with a flat screen TV and a stereo system (CD / bluetooth streaming). Wi-Fi is available. The porch from the living room open out to invites for a stay. until the evening, see Throughout the day in Ca'n Marroig plenty of light and sun but also shade on the covered terrace.
On the approximately 400 sqm large, enclosed grounds situated side of the house to the private swimming pool (5 x 4 m, 2 m deep) in south-west location: a good place to enjoy summer evenings. The pool side equipped with a simple outdoor shower, allows the largely screened from view Baden, just not within walking
reach beaches prefer.
It offered no hotel service or other tourist services.

We had a great time at this property. It is in a Quiet neighborhood with easy location to drive to all the nearby beaches for day trips. It was very cozy to come back to in the evenings, and a gorgeous property. We used it as our location to explore all of the south beaches of Mallorca before then relocating more up north in the mountains.

Stayed here for 4 nights with our family of 5 on our first trip to Mallorca. Carola was accessible before and during the stay for any questions. Quiet neighbourhood that is a short drive from Santiyani through interesting properties and farms. Lots of nice natural beauty and parkland within a few minutes' walk. Appreciated that the kitched was well-stocked with equipment and basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil, some spices, sugar). The home offered a great blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. Was a bit of a cooler time of year for use of the pool for most of us but our 9 year old son was a big fan. Ultimately a super experience that we highly recommend and would happily repeat one day!

Wij hebben een erg leuke tijd gehad in dit hele sfeervolle huis. Het huis is bijzonder goed uitgerust, met kwalitatief goede spullen. De tuin is ingericht met veel zithoeken. Het zwembad is klein, maar prima om even op te frissen. Op iets meer dan 10 minuten lopen ligt één van de vele mooie baaitjes die Mallorca rijk is, met een fijn zandstrand. Auto is wel een must, dichtstbijzijnde grotere supermarkt ligt op ruim 7 kilometer. Santanyí is een erg leuk dorp met op woensdag en zaterdag een leuke markt. De verhuurster hebben wij niet gezien, maar wel goed contact gehad via de mail en whatsapp.
