Mediterranean Tranquility Close to the Sea — Your Perfect Accommodation in Nature
Located in a privileged rural area, just 2.5 km from the charming town of Santanyí and a few minutes by car from the pristine beaches of S'Amarador and Cala Mondragó, this cozy country house is ideal for families, friends and small groups of up to 6 people looking for relaxation and nature with total privacy.
The house combines rustic Mallorcan charm with all modern amenities. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, perfectly equipped to enjoy home-cooked meals: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and more. The living room has a fireplace and a seating area with comfortable armchairs and satellite TV.
It has three bright bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable rest during the summer months. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two, with single beds, share a spacious family bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double sink. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. At the back you will also find a laundry room with access to the rear terrace.
The outside is a real private oasis: a large covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue area, a refreshing private pool with solarium, outdoor shower and a charming attached house with sink and second barbecue. The carefully maintained Mediterranean garden offers shaded corners for reading, resting or simply disconnecting.
Behind the pool, a small pond adds a natural touch and, for the more curious, a corral with hens (no rooster!) provides authenticity without disturbing sleep.

Das Landhaus wurde 1894 gebaut und früher teils auch für Stallungen gebraucht. Die Eigentümer Salvatore und Magda haben ihren Familienbesitz selbst mit großer Mühe liebevoll aus-und umgebaut. Es ist ein Landhaus entstanden, mit viel sehr schönem traditionellen Inventar, mit Charme und bewusster Liebe für das Traditionelle. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die hübsche Sitzecke im Schatten vor dem Haus, welches von einer herrlichen Bougainvillea umsäumt war. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig gearbeitet, so dass man auch ein paar Schwimmzüge machen könnte.
Am Auffälligsten waren die angenehmen, freundlichen und sehr zuvorkommend Begegnungen mit Marga und Salvatore. Sie waren immer präsent, um zu reinigen, zu versorgen oder nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Handtücher stehen reichlich zur Verfügung und auch sonst fehlte es uns nichts. Marga spricht deutsch und die Verständigung ist damit problemlos. Schon gelesen hatten wir von dem leckeren Gato d'ametla, den uns Marga als Gastgeschenk brachte. Indes haben wir das Rezept auch ausprobiert und es gehört jetzt zu unseren Lieblingskuchen.
Die Finca kann man nur buchen, wenn man ein Auto dabei hat, da sie schon sehr ländlich liegt. Der Fußmarsch von 4,9km zum Strand Mondrago ist bei heißen Temperaturen schon eine kleine Herausforderung.
Wir wünschen Marga und Salvador noch viele aktive Lebensjahr und immer zufriedene Gäste!

Unser erster Finca Urlaub war wunderschön!
Die Besitzer Marga und Salvador hießen uns sehr herzlich Willkommen, haben uns mit einem sehr leckeren, typisch mallorquinischen Mandelkuchen das Leben versüßt und wären jederzeit für uns da gewesen, so wir Hilfe gebraucht hätten. Die Finca ist insgesamt sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden regelmäßig oder sogar bei Bedarf gewechselt. Top!
Von der Finca aus sind die Buchten Mondrago und Santanyí für Erwachsene und Kinder im Jugendalter auch gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Da wir in den Sommerferien auf Mallorca waren, waren die Buchten sehr voll. So haben wir es vorgezogen, die Ruhe am Pool der Finca zu genießen und den Hühnern beim Gackern und den Zikaden beim Zirpen zuzuhören. Am Abend sind wir gerne im nahegelegenen Städtchen Santanyí mit seinen vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants essen gegangenen.
Die Finca ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, toll wären noch Mückenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern, sodass nachts durchgelüftet werden kann.

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit tollem Pool in perfekter Lage. Super nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei Marga und Salvador sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür

Es war wirklich ein tolles Haus, es war alles da die Hühner haben uns täglich frische Eier gelegt. Die Hausgastgeber waren beide total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns alle super wohl gefühlt. Gerne sofort wieder!
